Ella was born on August 4th, 1932, in Lexington, Missouri to Robert Moore and Abbie Hoover Moore.
She was preceded in death by her parents, only son Mark Anthony Richey Sr., brother Moses Hoover, and sister Nancy Grant.
Ella was educated in the Kansas City Public School.
Ella was married to the late Bruce Richey.
Ella worked for Russell Stover Candy on Linwood Blvd. in Kansas City, Missouri, for over 35 years until she retired.
Ella departed this life on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025, at Research Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri.
